Student Support Administrator

**LEARNER EXPERIENCE**

Hi NorQuester We have two exciting opportunities for you to join the Student Support Centre Team as Student Support Administrators, one permanent and one term position for 6 months.

Reporting to the Team Lead of the Student Support Centre, the Administrator acts as a primary point of contact. The Administrator responds to front-line inquiries resolving or directing as required.

**HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**
- Answer inquiries from students and prospective students, through multiple channels, providing appropriate resolution or direct to other services.
- Answer incoming calls, to the college switchboard, for general information and referrals. With the goal of a one-call resolution perspective when possible.
- Manage ID card photo process and distribute student ID cards.

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- Post-secondary certificate, diploma preferred - ideally in the area of office or business administration.
- 1+ years’ experience of related customer service experience. A combination of education and experience can be considered.

- Knowledge of FOIP.
- Experience working with Student Information System (preferably PeopleSoft) an asset.

**SALARY**: $44,648 - $58,033 annually, reflective upon what you bring AKA your education and experience. This is a full-time permanent / term position with immediate access to our great benefit programs.
