Your day-to-day Receive and verify incoming invoices, employees expenses report and the credit card statement Obtain all payments approvals from managers Reconcile purchase order with invoices Open suppliers accounts in the accounting system Enter all invoices in accounting system Verify aging reports Prepare check runs Preparing and executing check runs on multiple banking platform Filing and archiving documents Your qualifications DEC, DEP or AEC in Accounting 2 years of experience Bilingual (Strong English) Excellent knowledge of MS Office Knowledge of Netsuite (asset) Experience with inter-company transactions, foreign currency (asset) Experience with managing employee expense accounts and corporate credit cards Even better Working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines Organization and time management Detail-oriented and Meticulous Teamwork Life at Stingray A cool office in Montreal & a hybrid work policy  Share purchase plan (with a contribution from Stingray) Access to virtual healthcare  Stingray café with breakfasts and snacks offered every day Free fitness classes offered weekly Access to private nutrition & wellness advising Free language classes  Summer hours  Milestones celebrated with our loyalty program  5@7 and vibrant social events And much more Montreal-based Stingray Group is a leading music, media and technology company with over 1,200 employees worldwide.
