We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Clerk to help support our financial operations and contribute to the company’s continued growth.ResponsibilitiesProcess invoices, payments, and expense reportsMaintain and update financial records (accounts payable and receivable)Reconcile bank and credit card statementsAssist with month‑end closingsPrepare financial reports and summaries• Support payroll and tax filingsCommunicate with vendors, clients, and internal teamsOrganize financial documentation for auditsPerform general accounting and administrative tasks as neededRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent (a degree in accounting or finance is an asset)1+ year experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financeProficient with QuickBooks, SAP (or similar software) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organization and time management skillsFluency in English and French, spoken and writtenAbility to manage confidential information with discretionStrong communication and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work independently and within a teamWhat we offerFree on-site parkingA supportive, dynamic work environmentOpportunities for growth and developmentWe are an equal opportunity employer and encourage all qualified applicants to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
