Responsabilités principales

  • Traiter, coder et saisir les factures des fournisseurs avec précision et efficacité.
  • Faire correspondre les factures avec les bons de commande, bons de livraison et documents de réception.
  • Vérifier les prix, quantités et approbations avant l'enregistrement des factures.
  • Réconcilier les relevés fournisseurs et résoudre rapidement les écarts.
  • Maintenir des dossiers AP organisés et à jour, ainsi que des enregistrements électroniques.
  • Assister aux activités de clôture de fin de mois, y compris les provisions.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes d'achats, de production et de réception pour assurer la documentation et les approbations appropriées.

Qualifications

  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en comptes fournisseurs (idéalement dans l'industrie alimentaire ou la production).
  • Grande précision en saisie de données et souci du détail.
  • Capacité à gérer un volume élevé de factures et à respecter des délais serrés.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en communication.

About the Role

We are seeking a
detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Clerk
to join our growing finance team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payables process within a fast-paced
food manufacturing environment
.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable managing a high volume of invoices while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process, code, and enter vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders, packing slips, and receiving documents.
  • Verify pricing, quantities, and approvals prior to posting.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date AP files and electronic records.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals.
  • Collaborate closely with purchasing, production, and receiving teams to ensure proper documentation and approvals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in accounts payable (preferably in food manufacturing or production).
  • Strong
    data entry accuracy
    and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high invoice volumes and meet tight deadlines.
