What you’ll do: The Supervisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting daily operations in the Grocery and Deli departments. In the deli, responsibilities include preparing a variety of foods, working with hot foods, slicing deli meats and cheeses; assembling party trays; assisting with inventory and ordering; merchandising products; and maintaining a clean, organized workspace while delivering excellent customer service. Duties in the grocery department involve receiving and stocking merchandise, rotating products, fulfilling online orders, processing claims, assisting with inventory and ordering, supporting staff supervision, handling transactions and cash, and ensuring the department meets cleanliness and presentation standards.The Supervisor will live the Co-op Brand and strive to achieve and maintain positive and healthy relationships with co-workers and customers.Who you are:You are looking for a career in retail and: Are committed to service excellence and food production quality.Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.Are comfortable working with food.
