**Inside Sales**

Starting Wage of $20.00 per hour

**Essential Functions and Duties**
- Building rapport with customers
- Processing Sales Orders
- Scheduling Product Production
- Scheduling Product Delivery
- Confirming Orders with Customers
- Customer Care Calls
- Stay on top of product knowledge
- Other duties as required/requested

**Employment Requirements**:

- Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience
- Strong Customer Service Skills Required
- Ag industry experience considered an asset
- Organization Skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Excellent Time Management
- Microsoft 365 experience (Word, Excel)
- ERP Experience considered an asset
- Ability to read product drawings
