- **Quality Control - Night Shift**

Full Time, Monday to Thursday (4:00pm - 2:00am)
Starting at $19.00 + $3.00 / Hour Night Shift Premium
Starting wage dependent on qualifications

All necessary training will be provided.

**Job Description & Specifications**
To proactively identify, document, and communicate quality issues early in the production process.

**Essential Functions & Duties**
- Check & sign off on all documentation at each station
- File completed paperwork
- Proactively monitor quality throughout the shift
- Use non-conformance system to notify leads of an issue
- Do QC checks on small parts
- Preform random parts and parts box audits
- Verify drawing packages for accuracy
- Look for material and process defects in all stations
- Complete daily tasks as outlined by the Quality Control Manager as needed
- Other duties as assigned

**Employment requirements**:

- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma
- Welding experience preferred
- Attention to detail required
- Strong focus on quality
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn
- Demonstrates a positive attitude
- Team player
- Able to lift 50lb
