Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor the Accounts Payable Clerk plays a key role in supporting accurate and timely transactional accounting processes, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. This will be a temporary part-time (3 days per week) opportunity, until June 2026, supporting the Calgary Corporate Accounts Payable team.

Your Role

in Building What Matters – From Office to Site Process and accurately enter vendor and subtrade invoices in accordance with SLAs and company proceduresReview and reconcile vendor statements, resolving discrepancies directly with vendorsSupport Accounts Payable collections, including credit notes and payment depositsEnsure compliance with federal/provincial tax requirements, internal controls, and documented accounting processesBuild and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, buyers, and Operations accounting teams The Right Tools for the Job Education: High school diploma, or equivalent with specialized training.
