Invoicing Associate/Billing Associate

Position Overview: Working mainly independently with guidance as required, ensures the timely billing of all activities pertaining to the Company’s operations in order to maintain an uninterrupted revenue stream. Job Description: Generate invoices for services provided by the company Respond to all customer inquiriesMaintain master file rate files to ensure accurate billingsResolve discrepancies in billing and communicate with clients/customers regarding invoices and payments.Assist with month-end closing by preparing invoicing and reportsCollaborate with internal teams (finance, sales, etc.) to ensure accurate billing.Required Qualifications: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills; including process improvement abilitiesGood customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent data entry and computer skills such as Excel Education in accounting and/or finance is an asset.Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Preference will be given to candidates with previous truck/ocean billing experienceExperience working on Sage is a plusExcellent problem-solving skillsA self-starter with ability to work independently as well as in a teamAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentContainerWorld provides competitive compensation and excellent benefits to include pension, extended health, scholarships, career development training, stock share purchase programs etc. ContainerWorld is a subsidiary of Mullen Group publicly traded on TSX.We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
