Your Impact Starts Here Graham is actively recruiting for a Site Training Coordinator to support the Alliance Richmond Hospital Redevelopment Project. Reporting to the Project Director, this role coordinates learning programs and engages stakeholders to ensure effective trainings delivery for project team members. The redevelopment will expand emergency services, operating rooms, and increase bed capacity. Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site Coordinate training programs: Plan and manage calendars, schedule sessions, and ensure smooth deliveryHandle logistics and administration: Manage registrations, room setup, materials, and e-learning enrollmentServe as training point of contact: Respond to requests, maintain training calendar, and upload learning contentManage e-learning systems: Oversee Global E-Training platform and create/upload modules as neededTrack and report effectiveness: Generate reports, develop questionnaires, and measure training outcomes The Right Tools for the Job Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Teams; ability to manage training logistics and e-learning platforms.Experience: 5+ years in an administrative role, with experience supporting training and development considered an asset CompensationSalary Range $63,000 to $87,000 per annumSalary will commensurate with education and experienceExcellent Flexible Health & Dental benefits plan3 to 5 weeks of vacation per year, with credit for prior industry experience#Administrative Support #Administrative Operations #Site Training Coordinator #Project Training #Administrative Reporting and Documentation #Project AdministrationLay the Foundation for Your Next Career Move.
