On-Site Project Coordinator (Residential Building)

We are looking for a On-Site Project Coordinator (CSR) to join our team at a residential building located in Richmond.

This person will serve as a liaison between trades and residents, providing excellent customer service and assisting residents with their needs.

The role involves overseeing building services, coordinating maintenance activities, communicating with residents, and maintaining the building's calendar and access schedule.

Knowledge of Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an asset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents.

  • Handle a high volume of phone calls and respond promptly to inquiries.

  • Coordinate and provide daily access for trades to the units.

  • Communicate effectively with residents and trades via email.

  • Create and organize the calendar of building visitors and maintenance schedules.

  • Escort trades during unit visits (approximately 20–40 units per day).

Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous experience in client service.

  • Experience as a Concierge, Receptionist, or Building Manager is an asset.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, email communication, and scheduling tools.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Details
  • Job Type: Contract

  • Pay Rate: $23–$24 per hour

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Location: Richmond

  • Start Date: November

  • Contract Term: 4 months, with the possibility of extension

  • Employment Status: Employee
