**About You**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement internal training initiatives with the overall objective of continually improving the product knowledge of individual teams and departments throughout WellnessLiving
- Plan, create, and implement training courses and materials within the company LMS for each department
- Educate employees on the newest updates to the company’s business management software
- Plan and host customer-facing training webinars on the software
- Review and maintain the training materials for all departments, ensuring that all materials are accurate, up to date, and effective
- Work with the heads of each department to learn and understand how their teams work and what training is required to best perform their job

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Adult Education or a certification in Adult Education from a recognized institution
- 2+ years of relevant experience in training and development, experience in the software field is an asset
- Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and eLearning software is an asset
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods including workshops simulations, eLearning, and coaching
