Our Technical Support Services department is hiring and we are looking to bring on a Technical Support Services Administrator. How you'll make an impact Prepare various client and third-party correspondence Policy issuance including billing requests to national billing team Investigating billing discrepancies Bordereau input and reconciliation Processing and handling in/outbound mail and courier Assist with reception relief when needed Other duties or projects as assigned within the division and team About you 2 years administrative experience Phenomenal attention to detail and high level of accuracy Strong organization and time management skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Standout colleague – ability to adapt to and work collaboratively with various individuals Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office products and experience with Epic is an asset Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
