We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Business Analyst Sustainability.In this role you will be responsible for leading technical aspects of the implementation of new solutions, gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting process development, modelling processes and roles, configuring integrated solutions, ensuring information security and supporting global solutions in the Sustainability and HR areas.        Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:Support the IT project lead and BRMSupport the new system developmentCoordination of data enablement for the new systemCreation of technical requirementTesting of the applicationEnsure business requirements for Sustainability and HR are met and aligned with strategyImprove connection between global functions representatives / system owners and IT-specialists within Global-ITReport project status to sponsors and steering committeesClosely cooperate with other business analysts to ensure consistency of processes and data between different domainsEstablishes clear priorities among project activitiesProvide or ensure 2nd/3rd line of support for systems in scope (System Administration)Perform configurations on systems in scopeEnsure integrity and security of corporate dataEnsure integrity on systems functionality (testing after updates, changes)Coordinate, support or execute key and end-user training activities for systems in scope.    And if you have/are:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related fieldEnglish – fluent, proficientAt least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project ManagerBusiness process and/or data mapping experienceAvailability required to work with different time zones: European, Asian and Americas.Then, we will be more than glad to chat with you about your experience and your career goals.In our international work setting, you will find a range of opportunities that are designed to enhance your career and personal development.
