**B2B Pricing and Sales Support Analyst**

**What you’ll do.**

Pricing
- Manage pricing, working closely with the sales team, providing quotes on services in our business portfolio, including connectivity services, networking solutions, and unified communications.
- Build and update pricing models to ensure they reflect the latest cost and the right price/margin for all services.
- Price intelligence: develop and maintain a database with price points across products and customers, including market intelligence and competitive analysis.
- Ensure price decisions are following internal guidelines for approval matrix.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and deals/pricing analysis to the business leadership team.
- Continuous improvement: (i) maintain statistics about volume of deals and price points, (ii) provide feedback to improve both price structure and internal processes, (iii) develop automated processes to improve speed-to-price for the sales teams, and (iv) continuously improve our pricing model.

Sales Operations
- Support leadership in operations, sales and products; perform sales and business analysis, and support performance reports and sales planning.
- Provide support to our sales teams using the internal systems, including sales funnel/pipeline, sales leads and pricing.
- Assist the sales team with the contract process for all services, and ensure deals have required approvals.
- Prepare/summarize quarterly sales performance reports for sales compensation and commissions.

**This is what we’ll look for to ensure you meet the qualifications for this role.**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in telecom
- Previous strong experience in sales operations, supporting sales B2B teams with reporting, sales performance analysis, contract processes, pricing, CRM etc.
- Highly effective cross-functional team player
- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation skills
- Must have strong excel skills.
- Pricing experience and strong business/finance acumen.
- An open mind: open to new ideas.
- Enjoy learning.
- Pull for help (for example: asks questions to clarify, asks for help when unsure or stuck).
- Able to take feedback.
- Able to follow instruction.
- Eager to share what they’ve learned with others
- A flexible mindset - able to adapt to changes, think critically and solve problems.
- Ability to work in fast paced, customer-focused environment and to self-manage your work, multi-task and set priorities with mínimal supervision
