Actual Title: Business Analyst
- Maintain and develop positive relationships with internal and external clients (In
- Franchise Sales, Information Systems, Gas Management Services, Contracting Billing and Operational Support, Capacity Management and Utilization, Credit, and external Energy Marketers)
- Administer/negotiate Direct Purchase contracts with customers or their agents; set contract parameters, work with credit and collections department to mitigate risk
- Ensure practices adhere to policies and contract compliance
- Primary contact to answer customer/agent inquiries and with key internal customer groups
- Execute balancing transactions and approve BT contracts in accordance to Union Gas policies
- Ensure contract parameters balance Enbridge’s system requirements and those of the customer
- Customer account analysis, investigate anomalies, meter and billing issues, the knowledge to redirect to the appropriate department
- Investigations, customer negotiations and conflict resolution with external parties regarding Direct Purchase (DP) contract parameters and compliance

MUST HAVES:

- Business, Finance or Math degree or Business or Finance College diploma & 2 years + of relevant work experience
- Ability to analyst large volume of data
- Ability to perform multiple work assignments at varying stages of completion with a high degree of accuracy while working to tight time constraints and changing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others and negotiate.
- Strong professionalism, communication, collaboration, time management, and organizational skills and the ability to work with mínimal supervision and drive results on your own.

NICE TO HAVE:

- Understanding of Direct Purchase contract administration, customer billing and/or financial systems.
- Working knowledge of ConTrax, Enerline, SAP CIS, WEBi, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Word.
- Understanding of Large Volume Contract language and rates.
- Demonstrated front line customer service/contact experience.
- Experience in the natural gas and/or utilities market.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

- Chatham-Kent, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
