The OpportunityWe’re looking for a collaborative and solutions-oriented Operations Enablement Specialist to join our Surety team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between frontline operations and leadership—driving process improvements, supporting strategic initiatives, and enabling operational excellence. You’ll collaborate with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance performance and efficiency.What you’ll doLead and implement process improvements across Surety operationsIdentify inefficiencies and translate them into practical, scalable solutionsMaintain governance for process documentation, training, and reference materialsAct as the primary contact for Surety system vendors and internal stakeholdersCoordinate testing, feedback, and rollout of system enhancementsSupport change management and training initiativesAssist leadership with strategic planning and performance reportingAnalyze operational data to support continuous improvementWhat you’ll bring3–5 years of experience in operations, enablement, or process improvement rolesExperience in insurance or a regulated industry is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping toolsExperience working with IT teams and external vendorsWhat you’ll get• Compelling rewards package including base compensation, eligibility for annual bonus, retirement savings, share plan, health benefits, personal wellness, and volunteer opportunities. • Hybrid flexible work model.• Outstanding career development opportunities.• We’ll support your professional development education.• Competitive vacation package with the option to purchase 5 extra days off per year. • Employee-driven programs focused on gender, LGBTQ+, origins, diversity, and inclusion. • Corporate wellness programs to support our employees’ physical and mental health.
