The Opportunity

We're looking for a collaborative and solutions-oriented Operations Enablement Specialist to join our Surety team. In this role, you'll be the bridge between frontline operations and leadership—driving process improvements, supporting strategic initiatives, and enabling operational excellence. You'll collaborate with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance performance and efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Lead and implement process improvements across Surety operations
  • Identify inefficiencies and translate them into practical, scalable solutions
  • Maintain governance for process documentation, training, and reference materials
  • Act as the primary contact for Surety system vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate testing, feedback, and rollout of system enhancements
  • Support change management and training initiatives
  • Assist leadership with strategic planning and performance reporting
  • Analyze operational data to support continuous improvement

What you'll bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, enablement, or process improvement roles
  • Experience in insurance or a regulated industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools
  • Experience working with IT teams and external vendors
