No weekends- Start with 3 weeks of paid vacation plus 3 paid personal days.- 4-6 weeks of comprehensive paid training followed by 2-3 weeks of mentorship.- Access to a pension plan and a company Share Ownership Program.- $2,000 annually for education reimbursement- Career advancement opportunities.Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for new and existing members, providing accurate and timely support via phone and email.- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries using various systems and tools.- Maintain the highest level of customer service and professionalism in every interaction.Qualifications- Fluency in both English and French is essential.- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.- Any leadership or managerial experience from the customer service, banking, or finance industries is considered an asset.- Must be able to pass the Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening.- Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask across multiple screens and systems.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.- Education: High School Diploma.SummaryWe're not just hiring reps; we're investing in future leaders.
