Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Remote – Anywhere in CanadaPay Rate: $27/hour Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. Assist clients and customers with account-related inquiries and issues. Provide accurate information about servicesand company policies to customers. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records. What you bring High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree is an asset). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English and Dutch.
