**National Accounts Distributor - Customer Service Representative**

Haines, Jones & Cadbury Corporation (HJC Corp) is a National Accounts Wholesale Distributor of construction materials. HJC Corp. specializes in providing comprehensive construction material packages to major national chains.

As a CSR with HJC Corp. your specific duties will include things such as:

- Investigating and resolving customer opportunities and concerns

**Do you have what it takes?**

As a CSR, you must be optimistic, friendly and service oriented. Excellent verbal communication is a must. Bilingual (EN/FR) is an asset.

All interested applicants must possess:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment with mínimal supervision
- Capability to work in fast paced environment and to meet strict deadlines
- The ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and preference given to those with a good working knowledge of Infor M3 and QuickBase
- Knowledge in the lighting, plumbing, restroom partitions and accessories, tile, water heater and HVAC industries is an asset

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$44,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
