As an Assistant General Manager you have a tremendous opportunity to make an impact within your restaurant and your community.In addition to day-to-day shift management, all White Spot Managers are responsible for:Hiring and training their team membersCreating a positive welcoming environment for their teamMaintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safetyDemonstrating a “guest first” approach alwaysDeveloping and meeting financial plansCoordinating in-store promotionsPromoting their restaurant in the local marketSalary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per yearSalary dependent on experience and skillsComprehensive benefits package & bonus potential of up to $15,000 per year in addition to salary rangeMinimum 2 years experience as a restaurant manager * Passion for service and commitment to quality * Excellent leadership and management skills * A proven record of training and developing a team * A proven record of training and developing a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * High energy and a passion for excellence * Commitment to continuous learning and improvement * Excellent understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial statements * A thorough understanding of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements * Must be able to work 35+ hours per week * Must be able to arrive at YVR by 5am (no public transit available until 5:15am) and be able to work late nights (no public transit available after 12:45am)
