Splitsville is looking for a proven **Assistant General Manager (AGM)** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the general manager by building and coaching a strong team and creating and supporting a fun, inviting work environment where the team feels respected and valued. Leading by example, the **AGM** inspire their teams to uphold the highest level of service. The **AGM** is required to take ownership of the management and profitability of the store.

**What will you be doing?**
- Hiring and onboarding new team members
- Developing a strong team through training, coaching and mentoring
- Providing meaningful feedback to help team members achieve their goals
- Assigning shift tasks and holding team members accountable for completion
- Creating a fun, safe and inclusive environment for our guests
- Contributing to the financial health of the company by meeting and exceeding revenue goals and budget standards
- Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations and management of the centre

**What are we looking for?**
- 3+ years management experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with proven success in training and motivating diverse teams
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and confidently bases on company policies and practices
- Keen interest in delivering exceptional service to ensure an unforgettable experience for our guests
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve individual and team goals
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- A friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Flexible schedule (available days, nights, weekends, holidays)
