**Job Summary**:As an Assistant General Manager with Fitness World, you champion a friendly and fun club community and ensure a best-in-class fitness experience for our member base and personal training clients. You support the General Manager in building and maintaining an engaged and high performing team of fitness and sales/services enthusiasts. You support the day-to-day operations of the club. You contribute to the Fitness World culture and reflect our core values: fun, passionate, inclusive and teamwork. You’re personally invested in the success of the club and will make the right decisions for our members and team. You’re also contributing to the achievement of financial results, member retention and satisfaction; execution of company policies, procedures and programs.

**Education & Experience**
- Leadership and/or management experience in sales, retail or hospitality is preferred
- Effective communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Has an exceptional work ethic
- Motivated self-starter and team player
- Professional, punctual and organized
