What will you do? Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. Don’t worry; there will be more, which we’ll discuss in person: Tenant relations: Collection of rent and other tenant obligations; Coordination of move in/move out activities; Correspondence, including memos; Tenant manuals and Fire Safety plans. Manage parking, storage and telecom agreements for properties, including preparation of License Agreements, monthly reconciliations to JD Edwards and monthly site inspections; Assist in the preparation and review of financial reporting; Complete Move In/Move Out process; Complete Building Inspections; Complete quarterly audits of building security card access systems, building directories and tenant signage; Provide supervision of construction projects and complete tendering process for contracts as required (snow removal, window cleaning, landscaping, janitorial, etc.). What type of experience do you have? These are only some of the things we’d like you to bring to the table. We can cover the rest when we meet: Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in property management; demonstrated proficiency in lease and contract interpretation; Strong understanding of buildings systems and terminology as it relates to industrial and flex buildings; Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel and Word; Experience in MRI/JD Edwardsand VTS Leasing Software would be an asset.
