You understand the ins and outs of print production, from file accuracy to materials to installation, and you take pride in ensuring every piece is delivered exactly as intended. Managing timelines, coordinating suppliers, and keeping multiple projects moving at once feels natural to you. You thrive in a collaborative environment where creative ideas become real‑world assets. Most of all, you love contributing to work that people see, interact with, and enjoy… and you LOVE moviesTHE JOB:This is a hybrid position based out of our Calgary Office.Responsible for the production and installation of marketing and sales support materials, including new marketing campaigns, informational and advertising assets, product launches, and initiatives across the organization.Manage external partner/supplier relationships, coordinate and negotiate with 3rd party suppliers for rates, materials, and installs.Manage inventory of marketing materials, tickets, POS signage and policies and procedures materials.Work with the Shipper/Receiver to deliver marketing and sales support materials.Review print projects between designers and the project’s printer to ensure accuracy.Manage the Print and Video Production ClickUp lists to keep projects on track and up-to-date.Work with internal departments/partners and project leads to ensure briefs/messages/content and executions are on-strategy and on-brand. Work with theatres to verify correct sizes/types of applications, etc.Source custom pieces, e.g.: Pole toppers, poster cases, glass decals, etc., as well as installation.Help various Marketing stakeholders in the development, trafficking, reporting of various projects.Manage the Cober Online Portal. THE PERKS: Comprehensive and competitive compensation & benefits package Access to an Employee Assistance Program to support wellness Competitive vacation allotment to promote work-life balance Free movies and discounted concession snacks 3 - 5 years of experience in a Print Production position. * Strong skills and experience using a Mac; Windows experience a definite asset. * Strong skills using project management software such as ClickUp, Dropbox, WeTransfer. * Skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects). * Skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). * Some ability using HTML and working in a CMS. * Engaged in finding solutions and efficiencies. * Thrives in a fast-paced, results-orientated work environment. * Comfortable in providing/presenting recommendations/advice in areas of expertise. * Strong communication skills with the ability to lead discussions, adapt messaging for different audiences, demonstrate tact and professionalism, and build positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners. * Demonstrated personal initiative, including strong self‑management, empathy and approachability, adaptability and accountability, awareness of organizational needs, and a drive to achieve results. * Strong planning abilities, including effective organization, prioritization, delegation, time management, and project management skills.
