As we expand our reach and refine our brand, we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator focused on enhancing our brand presence, and managing all digital brand touchpoints to strengthen our market position.
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Brand Maintenance & Strategy**:
- Maintain, and evolve the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with EVOLVsolar's mission and goals.
- Oversee brand consistency across all channels and materials, from digital platforms to print media and event branding.
- Work cross-functionally with design, sales, and executive teams to translate brand strategy into impactful and cohesive marketing campaigns.
- **Website Management**:
- Collaborate with web designers, developers, and content creators to continuously improve website features, design, and functionality.
- Analyze website metrics and customer behavior data to make data-driven decisions and improve user engagement and conversion rates.
- Maintain, update, and manage content to ensure it reflects current brand messaging, products, and services.
- **Content & Digital Marketing**:
- Develop a comprehensive content strategy that supports brand messaging and positions EVOLVsolar as an industry leader.
- Manage and oversee the creation of content (blogs, social posts, website content, etc.) that aligns with our brand values and objectives.
- Partner with the SEO and PPC teams to drive organic and paid traffic, continually optimizing based on analytics.
- **Project & Budget Management**:
- Manage marketing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Evaluate and select external vendors, agencies, and contractors as needed for web and brand projects.
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**:
- Measure the success of brand initiatives and website performance through KPIs and regular reporting.
- Use analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness, user engagement, and conversion rates, reporting findings to the leadership team and suggesting adjustments as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or website management.
- Demonstrated experience in managing brand strategies and optimizing websites for conversion and UX.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with an eye for design and user experience.
- Data-driven, with strong analytical skills and an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in the renewable energy or tech industry is a plus.
