We are a curious team that stays continuously up to date on advanced AI and digital technologies, proactively identifying opportunities for efficiency gains, synergies, and operational benefits, and contributing to the skills development strategy and the evolution of PSP’s AI and collaboration ecosystem to accelerate toward coordinated excellence.ABOUT YOUR ROLE As an Advisor/Senior Advisor, GenAI & Digital Workplace, you’ll: Act as a lead in Microsoft 365 applications, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, and various other collaborative, automation, and productivity technologiesCollaborate, guide, and support the definition and implementation of solutions with partners to support the strategic vision, considering market capabilities (development, testing, implementation, and deployment)Promote the use of generative AI and other emerging technologies to drive innovationSimplify our technology and operations through integration, standardization, and automationAdvise, train, and support in the definition and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutionsAssess opportunities to meet the constantly evolving demands for efficiency and effectivenessAnalyze opportunities with business partners and contribute to cross-functional recommendations within your area of expertiseManage daily operational tasks and ensure they are aligned with PSP’s needs and visionStay up to date with the latest productivity and artificial intelligence technologiesIdentify, anticipate, and resolve organizational and operational issuesWHAT YOU’LL NEED Hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology or possess a combination of education and experience deemed equivalentHave a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, including experience with Microsoft 365 technologiesDemonstrate a strong curiosity to explore and innovate with Microsoft 365 applications, Azure AI Foundry, and other collaborative and productivity technologiesExpertise in digital process integration and automation to simplify operations and improve efficiencyDeveloped problem-solving skills, with knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques to recognize, anticipate, and resolve organizational and operational challengesSkills in liaising, training, guiding, and supporting the definition and implementation of solutions with business and technology partnersAbility to influence, engage, and build positive relationships with stakeholders, including business lines and corporate functions, and to mitigate potential resistance to changePossess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to understand needs, simplify technological solutions, and demonstrate strong team spiritBilingualism English and French (We offer a tailored employee experience and competitive total rewards and benefits package* designed to attract and retain global diverse talent, reward performance, and reinforce business strategies and priorities.
