Senior Advisor, Digital strategy and performance Join to apply for the Senior Advisor, Digital strategy and performance role at Desjardins. Responsibilities Monitor and analyze the performance of initiatives and digital solutions, make observations and present recommendations to improve strategies. Ensure the design and development of metrics, dashboards and analysis reports on client behaviour to support the sector's strategic decision-making. Lead efforts to define and implement the plan and the tools for measuring web and digital performance. Serve as a specialist advisor to help teams understand and prioritize their analytics needs, and advise them on defining objectives and performance indicators. Conduct trend monitoring, target opportunities for improvement by anticipating organizational impacts, and develop web analytics and cybermetrics practices.
