We are acurious teamthat stays continuously up to date onadvanced AI and digital technologies, proactively identifying opportunities forefficiency gains,synergies, andoperational benefits, and contributing to theskills development strategyand theevolution of PSP’s AI and collaboration ecosystemto accelerate towardcoordinated excellence.ABOUT YOUR ROLEAs an Advisor/Senior Advisor, GenAI & Digital Workplace , you’ll:Act as aleadin Microsoft 365 applications, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, and various othercollaborative,automation, andproductivity technologiesCollaborate, guide, and supportthe definition and implementation of solutions with partners tosupport the strategic vision, consideringmarket capabilities(development, testing, implementation, and deployment)Promote the use of generative AIand otheremerging technologiestodrive innovationSimplify our technology and operationsthroughintegration,standardization, andautomationAdvise, train, and supportin the definition and implementation ofMicrosoft 365 solutionsAssess opportunitiesto meet theconstantly evolving demandsforefficiency and effectivenessAnalyze opportunitieswith business partners and contribute tocross-functional recommendationswithin your area of expertiseManage daily operational tasksand ensure they arealigned with PSP’s needs and visionStay up to datewith the latestproductivity and artificial intelligence technologiesIdentify, anticipate, and resolveorganizational and operational issuesWHAT YOU’LL NEEDHold a bachelor’s degree in information technology or possess a combination of education and experience deemed equivalentHave a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, including experience with Microsoft 365 technologiesDemonstrate a strong curiosity to explore and innovate with Microsoft 365 applications, Azure AI Foundry, and other collaborative and productivity technologiesExpertise in digital process integration and automation to simplify operations and improve efficiencyDeveloped problem-solving skills, with knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques to recognize, anticipate, and resolve organizational and operational challengesSkills in liaising, training, guiding, and supporting the definition and implementation of solutions with business and technology partnersAbility to influence, engage, and build positive relationships with stakeholders, including business lines and corporate functions, and to mitigate potential resistance to changePossess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to understand needs, simplify technological solutions, and demonstrate strong team spiritBilingualism English and French (Frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)We offer a tailored employee experience and competitive total rewards and benefits package* designed to attract and retain global diverse talent, reward performance, and reinforce business strategies and priorities.
