Position DescriptionThe Physical Infrastructure team leads the delivery of capital projects within our facilities organization. We are a collaborative group responsible for enhancing and evolving the physical environments that support our people and operations with projects in branch renovations, equipment upgrades, and furniture planning. This is a full-time 4-month temporary role from beginning of May to the end of August, offering hands on experience, professional skill development, and the chance to build a strong network across First West Credit Union.AccountabilitiesDepartmental Support: Provides administrative assistance and support to your assigned department, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Prepares ad hoc data and reports as required. Content & Documentation: Updates existing documents and create new content and documentation to support departmental initiatives. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Eagerness to learn new concepts, systems, and software quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Displays an understanding of risk and risk ownership by being able to demonstrate adherence to policies and procedures.
