Logistics Coordinator

Shift: Monday to Friday from 3pm to 9:30pmWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator to support our operations over an 18-month contract term. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, and you’ll be the face of our operation for delivery drivers arriving on-site.What You Will DoAct as the first point of contact for incoming driversDirect driver flow including check in, dock door assignment, and checkout after departureMaintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipmentsVerify product counts and ensure system data accuracyCoordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure documentation is completed accurately and on timeNotify carriers and internal stakeholders of no shows, delays, and unscheduled arrivalsEngage directly with drivers to reschedule appointments when neededEnter and manage appointments within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)May receive, count, and record payments from carriers where applicableWhat Makes You a Great FitStrong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly with drivers, warehouse teams, and office personnelProficient with computers and familiar with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong attention to detail with a focus on accurate counts and logistics dataComfortable working in environments that may range from cold storage temperatures (-25°C or -20°F) to warmer dry warehouses (up to 37°C or 100°F)Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg) if neededWillingness to work flexible shifts and occasional weekends when requiredAbility to thrive in a busy, sometimes loud environmentWhy This Contract Is Worth ItOpportunity to build experience with a highly respected logistics operationExposure to warehouse, transportation, and supply chain functionsA role with real responsibility, autonomy, and daily interaction with a wide range of peopleWhy Lineage?This is an excellent position to begin your career path within Lineage Success in this role enables greater responsibilities and promotions A career at Lineage starts with learning about our business and how each team member plays a part each and every day to satisfy our customers’ requirements.
