A key focus is managing initiatives that demonstrate value, improve efficiency, and enable continuous improvement. A core pillar of the Legal Operations mandate is driving effective vendor management by reducing legal spend with law firms, legal vendors, and technology partners while improving the quality, consistency, and value of services delivered to the business.As Manager, Legal Operations, you will drive strategic change through process re-engineering, KPI development, and project delivery. Using a standardized framework, combination of project management, business analysis, and change management, you will help ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while fostering education and growth across the Legal team.This generalist role spans project management, process optimization, technology implementation, and data-driven insights—working closely with Legal leadership and partners in IT and FinanceWe believe that time together in the office is important for OMERS and Oxford, the strength of our employees, and the work we do for our pension members.
