Are you a master of bold ideas and strategic storytelling? RHEI, a global leader in AI solutions for content marketing and distribution, is searching for a Creative Marketing Strategist to help us launch our groundbreaking AI product.
In this role, you will lead the charge in crafting and executing innovative, organic marketing campaigns that captivate audiences, elevate our brand, and deliver measurable results. You’ll work at the intersection of creativity and strategy, developing campaigns that make waves with or without paid support. This role demands visionary thinking, a hands-on approach, and an ability to collaborate with diverse teams to create unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Visionary- Lead ideation for attention-grabbing, memorable campaigns that build organic reach and engagement.
- Research and experiment with unique campaign approaches, staying ahead of trends and setting new benchmarks.
- Develop holistic campaign frameworks, including goals, timelines, content themes, and channel strategies.
- Ensure campaigns resonate with diverse audience segments, leveraging data to tailor messaging for maximum impact.
- Craft compelling brand narratives and messaging frameworks that unify product videos, PR efforts, events, content marketing, and experiential activations.
- Develop storytelling strategies that connect emotionally with audiences while reinforcing brand values and product positioning.
- Lead the production of high-quality brand content, from concept to execution, ensuring every piece supports the broader campaign goals.
- Collaborate with design, video production, and PR teams to maintain a consistent voice and aesthetic across all campaign elements.
- Conceptualize and execute content calendars aligned with campaign objectives, ensuring timely delivery across all relevant platforms.
- Lead and deliver on the creation of platform-specific content, including blogs, videos, social media posts, and multimedia assets.
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging content trends and formats to engage audiences in innovative ways.
- Build and oversee partnerships with external content creators and influencers to amplify reach and engagement.
- Strategize and execute campaigns designed to generate buzz, conversation, and loyalty without relying heavily on paid media.
- Leverage organic channels such as social media, community engagement, earned media, and creator collaborations to maximize exposure.
- Monitor and report on organic campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Act as the central creative lead, coordinating efforts with product, PR, and design teams.
- Spearhead brainstorming sessions to align campaign concepts with overarching business objectives and KPIs.
- Ensure seamless execution by managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder approvals.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on creative campaign development and brand storytelling.
- Demonstrated success in launching standout organic marketing campaigns that drive engagement and elevate brands.
- A portfolio showcasing diverse campaigns, innovative concepts, and impactful results.
- Exceptional storytelling ability with a knack for translating complex ideas into compelling narratives.
- Expertise in integrating PR, events, content marketing, and multimedia into cohesive campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide creative and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management, with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Adaptability and a growth mindset, eager to experiment and iterate based on feedback and results.
