**Marketing Campaign Strategist**:
Intiveo is on the rise, and we're searching for an energetic Marketing Campaign Strategist to join our dynamic Marketing team

Intiveo is a leading cloud-based patient engagement platform used by 15,000 practitioners to communicate with over 18 million patients. Our goal is to continuously improve patient care by understanding communication needs, behaviors, and preferences - resulting in successful treatment outcomes.

**What You'll Do**:

- Manage the strategy and execution of pipeline generation projects for high-impact launches, campaigns, and initiatives
- Strategize and manage paid and organic channels to drive pipeline, while working collaboratively with Demand Generation team to execute on campaigns
- Gain a deep understanding of program goals and success metrics, while identifying opportunities within digital programs
- Oversee and set operational cadences on marketing cross-functional initiatives to help manage scope, workback plan creation, and deliverables including kick-offs, calendar planning and retrospectives where needed
- Ensure pipeline generation projects and/or campaigns have the appropriate measurement plan and clearly defined success metrics
- Guide our external ad agency while optimizing and scaling paid programs
- Collaborate with multiple partners, build positive relationships, and lead cross-functional project team towards desired outcomes
- Communicate best practices when working cross functionally between campaign owners, creatives, and other teams within Intiveo
- Manage multiple pipeline generation programs/ projects simultaneously
- Make recommendations for further improvement on program performance, ensuring Intiveo is continually evaluating our strategies and content to successfully attract potential customers. Manage the Intiveo website, continuously optimizing and testing for conversion rate, and keeping up to date on best practices.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation or campaign management
- In-depth knowledge of running marketing campaigns with a proven track record of success
- Exceptional communication and project management skills, experience with Asana is a plus
- Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
- Strong collaborator who seeks out cross-functional feedback and input to build comprehensive strategies
- Thoughtful problem-solving tendencies with the ability to take initiative and ownership with a focus on continuous development
- Staying on top of industry trends + new demand generation strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly
- Experience managing an external agency is a plus
- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing is a plus
- Experience in Hubspot and Salesforce CRM is a plus
