Your Impact
- Facilitate and manage the Customer Service Sales group to provide high quality service to customers.
Here’s where you’ll demonstrate your proficiency:
- Assist staff members to develop their career through objective and development plan setting and review.
- Organize and keep the latest versions of product technical documentation.
- Coordinate the application/presales group’s efforts in quoting new business and supporting sales activities.
- Responsible for proper and consistent management of quoting of terms and conditions.
- Manage Customer Service to ensure accurate quoting, input of orders and communication with customers.
- Improve the capabilities of Customer Service associates through staffing and training initiatives.
- Research and determine solutions to complex customer inquiries; initiate Customer Specials, as necessary to meet agreed upon customer needs.
- Improve the effectiveness of quoting and customer relationship management processes.
- Meet yearly KPIs for on time delivery and quality for both quoting and large order project management.
- Develop and maintain tools to assist sales efforts i.e. IRFQ.
- Ensure the provision of customer technical assistance for customers and sales associates.
- Capture market intelligence: Manage and maintain Competitive information and technical papers.
- Travel if required to customer locations.
- Supporting sales and collaborating with customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5-year work experience in sales, project management, service, or machine design in an electrical engineering related organization.
- Experience with Iris Power products is a plus.

Working Conditions:
- Office setting. May involve visits to heavy industry and Electric Utilities sites.
