**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and develop a team of skilled service technicians, providing training, support, and performance feedback to achieve high standards.
- **Service Operations**: Oversee daily service activities, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently, executed safely, and completed on time.
- **Customer Relations**: Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing service inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing customer relationships.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control measures to maintain service standards and ensure work is performed to meet customer expectations.
- **Financial Management**: Manage service budgets, control expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Develop and refine service procedures, keeping up with industry trends and best practices to drive operational improvements.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 5+ years in a service management role, ideally in industrial services, construction, or a related field.
- **Education**: High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field is a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with industrial door and dock equipment is a plus, along with basic proficiency in service management software.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to assess and troubleshoot operational issues, providing quick, effective solutions.
