A Little Bit About The Role…
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in driving the go-to-market success of Solink’s innovative products. You will own the positioning, messaging, and execution of product launches, working cross-functionally to ensure alignment and impact across marketing, product, sales, and customer success. This position offers the unique opportunity to shape and communicate Solink’s value propositions to diverse audiences and market segments.

WHO YOU ARE?
- Must-Have:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in tech.
- Proven track record in driving GTM strategy for B2B products and managing cross-functional launches.
- You have the ability to define business objectives, and initiate and execute strategic projects with minimal guidance.
- Strong skills in creating compelling messaging and positioning for B2B technology.
- You are CREATIVE, you love coming up with fresh and innovative ideas to effectively communicate with customers.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Nice-to-Have:
- Background in Solink’s market (VMS, analytics, BI).
- Experience with tools such as Hubspot, Asana, and Google apps.
- Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;
- Must be eligible to work in Canada;
- Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Insights and Advocacy: Deeply understand target customer challenges, needs and motivations through direct and indirect research, close collaboration with customer facing teams (sales and success), and engagement with industry analysts.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling, differentiated product messaging, refining it continuously based on feedback, trends, and insights.
- Product and Feature Launches: Create and execute GTM strategies, plans, and content for new products and features. Drive measurable product adoption and revenue growth through strategic GTM initiatives.
- Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with tools, resources and training to effectively communicate Solink’s unique value.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor positioning, messaging and evolving capabilities to keep our differentiation sharp.
- Content Creation & Thought Leadership: Collaborate with marketing to produce high-impact content (white papers, blogs, webinars, videos) that raise awareness and establish Solink as a thought leader.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive communication and alignment on product updates and roadmaps.
