Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $42,580 - $47,980 per year
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless operations within our front office and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors. As a Front Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, thus playing a significant role in shaping their experience with us.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments for staff members.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist in managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Front Office Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
