Director of Restaurant Operations

- Standards Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to operational policies, procedures, and quality standards across a range of dining concepts, ensuring excellence from casual dining to fine dining experiences.
- Guest Experience: Build and nurture a culture of hospitality by emphasizing exceptional client service, responding to guest feedback, and maintaining high standards for all guest interactions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with marketing initiatives, strategic growth plans, and brand vision.
