Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Plan, evaluate, and monitor operations across multiple locations to optimize sales and profitability, ensuring that guest experiences consistently reflect the highest standards.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement strategies to enhance revenue, control expenses, and achieve profitability goals.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor restaurant managers and teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Support the recruitment, training, and performance management of all team members to ensure alignment with brand values and service expectations.
  • Standards Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to operational policies, procedures, and quality standards across a range of dining concepts, ensuring excellence from casual dining to fine dining experiences.
  • Guest Experience: Build and nurture a culture of hospitality by emphasizing exceptional client service, responding to guest feedback, and maintaining high standards for all guest interactions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with marketing initiatives, strategic growth plans, and brand vision.
Requirements
  • Experience: Demonstrated success in managing multi-unit restaurant operations, with experience across varied service levels (casual to high-end dining) preferred.
  • Passion for Hospitality: A genuine commitment to creating memorable guest experiences and cultivating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Client Service Orientation: Strong client service skills, with an ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations, enhancing the overall dining experience.
