Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Director to join our team at Besharam Bar and Grill.

Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of service, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and inventory control.
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to increase profitability.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in service delivery.
  • Lead and train staff to achieve exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or as an assistant manager.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and budgeting.
  • Experience with staff training and development.
