About us:

Headwear Canada is a leading importer and wholesaler of caps and toques. We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our small, dynamic team at our Mississauga office.

About the role:

This role is a blend of warehouse support and administrative duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work. Responsibilities include:

1. Warehouse Support:

  • Picking, packing, and arranging the dispatch of orders.
  • Unloading containers and maintaining an organized warehouse.
  • Performing general warehouse duties as required.

2. Administrative Assistance:

  • Processing and coordinating orders with clients, including communication with domestic decorators.
  • Managing logistics and shipping arrangements.
  • Providing general office and administrative support.

What we're looking for:

No prior experience is necessary - we provide full on-the-job training. However, the ideal candidate should have:

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A driver's license (preferred but not required).
  • Experience with Xero, Illustrator, or Photoshop (a plus but not mandatory).
  • Previous office or administrative experience (preferred but not required).
