Notre client, FedEx, recherche un représentant du service clientèle pour rejoindre son équipe. En tant que représentant du service clientèle, vous ferez partie de l'équipe de service à la clientèle. Le candidat idéal doit être ponctuel, avoir des compétences administratives et une excellente communication, ce qui lui permettra de s'intégrer avec succès dans l'organisation.

Fourchette de rémunération : $ 20.93 par heure

 

Quel est le travail ?

  • Maintenir en permanence une attitude positive, empathique et professionnelle à l'égard des clients.
  • Répondre rapidement aux demandes des clients.
  • Communiquer avec les clients par le biais de différents canaux.
  • Reconnaître et résoudre les réclamations des clients.
  • Connaître nos produits sur le bout des doigts afin de pouvoir répondre aux questions.

 

Quels sont les besoins ?

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires, diplôme d'enseignement général ou équivalent.
  • Capacité à rester calme lorsque les clients sont stressés ou contrariés.
  • Être à l'aise avec les ordinateurs.
  • Expérience dans le domaine de l'assistance à la clientèle.
  • Le bilinguisme Anglais-Français est préférable. « Afin de fonctionner dans ce poste, l'employé doit communiquer avec du personnel, des employés temporaires et des clients situés à l'extérieur du Québec et parfois également à l'extérieur du Canada. »
