We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as short-term incentives, a comprehensive benefits package, and an employer-contributed pension plan.


Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Evaluate risk management systems at local Co-ops and FCL locations to enhance asset protection awareness.
  • Identify risks, evaluate their degree, and develop solutions to mitigate those risks in the areas of internal & external crime, losses due to human error, physical security, and incident & emergency response.
  • Provide feedback to facility management in the form of a comprehensive report to validate current programs and present additional opportunities for risk improvement.
  • Assist with the development of guidelines, procedures, and policies to help local Co-ops create their own internal asset protection programs and standardize CRS asset protection practices.
  • Communicate with local Co-op senior management teams to adopt proposed FCL asset protection programs at their location and work with FCL location management teams to implement such programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 – 6 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
  • A bachelor's degree (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • A designation relating to asset protection or risk management would be considered an asset.
