Deloitte's Cyber Security practice advises organizations on reducing vulnerability, mitigating cyber risks, and making informed decisions to elevate their security postures. We are seeking a skilled Cyber Risk Management Professional to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to help clients strengthen their security posture. As an IAM specialist, you will work closely with clients to assess, design, and implement sustainable workforce and customer IAM solutions. Your focus will be on operating processes, people models, and workflow improvements, particularly in identity governance, privileged access management, and access management.

You will have the chance to work on implementation and advisory projects centered around leading IAM technologies such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, and more. Your responsibilities will include assessing IAM processes, documentation, and workflows through workshops, developing gap analysis, identifying and prioritizing process improvements, and supporting responses to Request-for-Proposals (RFPs) from Canadian clients looking to enhance their enterprise and/or customer IAM capabilities.

Your Expertise
  • We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience working in cyber security, including developing, implementing, architecting solutions, and working on solutions that fall under one of the IAM domains (IGA/PAM/AM/CIAM).
  • Previous experience in collaborating on consulting projects focused on IAM solutions for clients, actively contributing to the implementation and delivery of these solutions, is essential.
  • A strong working knowledge of security concepts and technologies in the wider Identity and Access management space, including Logical Access Controls, LDAP and RBAC, Authentication solutions like SSO and MFA, PKI concepts, is required.
  • An enthusiastic attitude towards learning about emerging fields within IAM and technology, such as Digital Identity, Zero Trust, and GenAI, is highly valued.
