Job Title: Administrative Officer - Office Management Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at The Pureland Health Ltd. as an Office Management Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our office policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Reliability and time management skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.

Language: English

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
