About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Merchandising Professional to join our team in the Quebec region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support service to retail store managers/owners, maximizing in-store product placement, and executing promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize product placement at store levels, ensuring maximum visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate with store managers to maintain attractive sales planograms and ensure our product line is always available.
  • Determine call schedules by reviewing priorities with supervisors and discussing special instructions, product promotions, new listings, and market information.
  • Built and maintain strong customer relationships by visiting with store managers, department managers, and employees.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in merchandising or retail.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a passion for learning and growth.
