About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bakery Team Member to join our team at LASTA CAFE LTD. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and display of baked goods
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Operate bakery equipment and machinery
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
