Adecco Canada is seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Services Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a fully remote, contract role, paying $28 per hour. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting project management and client services teams, ensuring the timely delivery of project deliverables while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings, manage deadlines, provide client status reporting, and coordinate with operational teams to meet all project deliverables on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with internal departments throughout the project lifecycle to ensure objectives are met and deliverables are coordinated.
  • Maintain timely and accurate communication with clients, addressing their needs and providing feedback, while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Assist in drafting project materials such as telephone scripts and website text, develop business rules, and prepare reports. Analyze project results to ensure quality and provide contextual insights to the client.
  • Managing multiple projects and cases daily.
  • Collaborating with the Project Managers and other operational departments to continuously improve service standards.
  • Handling complex and dynamic client requests with professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • 1+ year of work experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional setting.
  • Prior experience in a project coordinator role is preferred, especially in indigenous projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (French bilingualism is an asset).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (formulas), Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a calm and professional demeanour.
  • Critical thinking and keen attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex tasks.
  • Experience in quality assurance, especially in document review (e.g., letters and calculations).
  • Legal industry experience is considered an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
