Project Coordinator Opportunity

At Flynn Group of Companies, we're seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Site Supervisors and Project Managers to schedule, coordinate, and track deliveries.
  • Attend hand-off and autopsy meetings to ensure seamless project transitions.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Estimators to prepare comprehensive material lists for projects.
  • Assist Project Managers in preparing takeoffs and estimates for change orders.
  • Issue submittal packages, samples, bonds, and insurances as required.
  • Fill out warranties and send close-out packages to ensure project completion.
  • Support Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle, including forecasting, planning, analysis, and more.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to understand direction and follow through on tasks.
  • General Project Management and construction knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read drawings.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
